Our Programs

At The School of Emotional Intelligence, we design structured, science-informed programs that translate emotional intelligence into practical human skill.

Grounded in neuroscience and real-world application, our work helps individuals and institutions integrate emotional intelligence across life systems, from entrepreneurship, leadership, and negotiation to parenting, education, relationships, and career transitions.

We approach emotional intelligence not as a soft concept but as a foundational capability that shapes how we think, relate, decide, and lead at work and at home.

Our Story

We were taught how to calculate, compete, and achieve, but rarely how to understand ourselves or each other.

Across education systems and professional environments, emotional skills are often assumed, not intentionally developed. Yet the ability to regulate emotion, navigate conflict, handle rejection, and build meaningful relationships shapes every outcome in life.

The School of Emotional Intelligence was founded to address this gap at its root.

We believe emotional intelligence is not an optional soft skill. It is a foundational human capability that influences how we learn, lead, decide, and relate.

Founded by Paridhi, a biotechnologist and entrepreneur, the School integrates neuroscience, behavioral science, and real-world leadership to build structured, applied emotional learning across education, organizations, and professional life. What began as a personal inquiry into human emotion has evolved into a broader mission to make emotional intelligence a core part of how modern societies develop people.

Our Philosophy

Where science meets applied human capability.

At The School of Emotional Intelligence, we treat emotional intelligence as a structured, trainable skillset that shapes how people decide, lead, negotiate, relate, and grow.

Drawing from neuroscience, behavioral science, and real-world leadership practice, we translate research into practical frameworks that can be applied across entrepreneurship, organizations, education, and personal life.

Emotional intelligence is not a personality trait. It is a capability that can be built, strengthened, and operationalized.

Our Core Systems

1. Emotional Regulation System

Build the capacity to stay steady under pressure, manage stress intelligently, and make clear decisions in high-stakes environments.

Application: leadership, negotiation, conflict, entrepreneurship.

2. Relational Intelligence System

Develop the ability to understand others accurately, navigate power dynamics, and build trust across teams, partnerships, and families.

Application: influence, collaboration, culture-building, relationships.

3. Decision & Identity System

Strengthen clarity during career transitions, role shifts, and moments of uncertainty by aligning choices with values, purpose, and long-term direction.

Application: career change, leadership growth, personal reinvention.

4. Cultural & Organizational System

Embed emotional intelligence into teams and institutions to improve communication, accountability, psychological safety, and performance outcomes.

Application: revenue growth, retention, alignment, culture.

When individuals strengthen emotional capability, performance improves.
When systems embed emotional intelligence, cultures transform.
